Welcome to Quad Quest! Can you tune the mass spectrometer before
your setup solution runs out? Put the instrument in Operate, set
up the fluidics, and start your infusion. Reservoirs A and B contain
different masses, so try them both and find the peaks you need.
Adjust the engineer settings until all four peaks look good. You can drag down over a peak to maximize it in its window, change the span for a wider or narrower view, or close some windows to focus on individual peaks. When you think your tune is ready, run the Resolution Check to see how close you are!
Want more of a challenge? Try changing the Fill Volume and tune against the clock with less solution and tighter acceptance criteria. Do you think you can achieve a perfect score of 100? Have fun!
